I’m going to share something with you that I learned from buying remodelling fifty houses that I feel really, really served me well. That is, whatever the worst part of the little houses that you buy, that you are going to remodel and sell, whatever the worst part is, maybe the bathroom absolutely disgusting, make that the best part of the house when you’re done. Go ahead spend some money there. Really, really turn whatever it is. Maybe, the backyard is a disaster, spend the money there. You are really vaulting the value of your home forward. Other things, a little paint, a little lipstick, a little rouge, kind of cover up if its ok. Maybe replace a few little thing, but take the worse part of the property. The worst part, look at that, the eyesore make it the best. That will really, really serve you well.
