The "Formula" is offering an approximate 50% return on various large building projects.

The investor deposits funds with a licensed and bonded Title Company. You are the only one
that can pull the money out of escrow. The builder is not allowed to touch it and it is NOT
pledged in any way.

When the project is finished you will receive your funds plus approximately 50% in profits.
In the worst case scenario you would receive your initial deposit plus 3 1/2 to 4% interest.

There have been approximately 100 projects financed using the Formula and only one has not
come to fruition. In that case the investors received their funds back plus 4% interest.
